Can I participate in an Ancient City Chapter ride without being a member?

Yes you may.  Feel free to join us for up to 2 rides without actually joining the Chapter.  After 2 rides however you'll have to make what we hope is an easy decision to join.  For your safety and ours, please review the Group Riding and Hand Signal pages in the Safety section of this website BEFORE showing-up for a ride.

Can I attend a Ancient City Chapter meeting or event without being a member?

Yes you may attend as many meetings as you'd like without becoming a member.  Of course, as a guest you won't have any voting privileges but your opinions do matter.  To attend an event you have to be sponsored as a guest, by a member, to attend.  (usually not a problem)  Give us a try, we think you'll like what you see.

What do I have to do to join the club?  How much does it cost?

Just sign up for National H.O.G. (required to join any HOG Chapter) then fill out our "Membership Application" and send it in or bring it to any meeting or ride with your measly $20.00 annual dues.  (Click here for "forms")  (note: $20.00 Annual Dues is prorated to $10.00 on or after July 1st)  If you join us in November or December the dues are $20.00 BUT you're paid through the end of the following year)

Where do the club rides start?  and where do they go?

Almost all our club rides leave from the Adamec Harley-Davidson - St. Augustine at 380 Outlet Mall Blvd, St. Augustine, FL.  This location is easy for everyone to find.  We do leave from other locations at times.  Our Activities Committee handles the "where" part of the rides which is always specified on our calendar and Facebook page.  Each ride leader is responsible for the "how we get there" part but ALWAYS check our Main page and calendar for ride information, changes, cancellations or delays.  Also be sure to visit our Facebook Page

I like to ride a lot, how many rides do you offer?

ACHOG has had over 70 rides (3000+miles) in 2018! We schedule rides for just about every Saturday and throw in some Sunday rides too and then there's the overnight or long weekend trips.  Again, the calendar will tell you everything you need to know and please note you can "drag up" on the calendar to see past rides and events.  Don't worry, you'll get plenty of saddle time.  It's not unusual for us to go 130 miles for lunch!  (even though the actual restaurant might only be 40 miles away)
